You can request a private chauffeur transfer from Vienna to the Red Bull Ring for individual guests, sponsor groups or corporate guests traveling together. The collection can be arranged, for example, at your hotel, at Vienna Airport or at an agreed business address. Tell us the day of the event, the number of people and the desired arrival time. Return travel and waiting times can also be agreed in advance. The exit is made at a point accessible and agreed by the vehicle.
Trips from Vienna to the Hungaroring can be requested as a single route, round-trip or as part of a multi-day travel program. Together we coordinate journeys, waiting times and any necessary driver changes. A booking over several days does not automatically mean a continuous readiness around the clock. The actually agreed service periods and services are recorded in the offer.

Different return times and additional dates should be mentioned as early as possible. A central contact person at your company helps streamline coordination. The number of vehicles and capacities depend on the specific requirements and are confirmed before booking.

A limousine is suitable for individual guests or small groups, while vans offer more space for participants traveling together. Larger groups can request a coordinated solution with several vehicles. Please note that seating capacity and luggage space must be planned together. The offered vehicle and the usable capacity will be personally confirmed.
Additional baggage and smaller items of equipment may be considered in vehicle planning. Please indicate the number, dimensions and, if applicable, weight already at the request. This makes it possible to check whether there is sufficient suitable storage space in addition to the travelers. Extensive event technology, bulky equipment or other special transport goods require a separate coordination. A person transfer does not automatically include the carriage of any freight.

Which solution suits your event depends mainly on the daily routine. If arrival and departure are fixed and no journeys are needed in between, an agreed return trip may be suitable. For several appointments or planned changes of location, a chauffeur offers more flexibility within a booked deployment window. If possible, ask as soon as the date of the event, the number of guests and the first travel dates are fixed.
